The Wild Robot is one of the best movies i've ever seen! My husband and i cried our eyes out! I was talking to my brothers about it and they all cried watching it too. Another super amazing children's movie which i think is on Netflix is Kubo and the Two Strings. So moving.
My husband and I are both retired cardiac anesthesiologists from a Level 1 Trauma center. After the ER does their quick stabilization they come up to our welcoming OR where we spent hours dealing with the aftermath of their trauma. LOVED The Pitt. I know the show is meant to highlight the amazing work the ED docs do but the ONE time an anesthesiologist was down there he couldn't get the breathing tube in and of course Dr. Robbie did. REALLY??? Sigh.
YES on “Wild Robot”! After reading a NYT story about the author/artist being inspired by the high line to write the book, I watched this movie on a flight and found myself sobbing. With everything in the news feeling terrible these days, it was such a balm.
Wild Robot is an excellent movie for viewers of all ages! It’s message of kindness, community and empathy is especially important in today’s world.
Cats & dogs on Fridays really cleanses the hellscape palate. I bow to you 🙌

Laughed out loud at cats…. Thank you!
I recommend Common Side Effects on Max/HBO. Well done, funny, thoughtful. Good ethical dilemmas to chew on.
The good hype official is an amazing Instagram account to follow! Those folks do some amazing dog training

The Pitt is so good! I highly recommend it too.
Just watched Wild Robot last weekend. Great recommendation. Have you seen Iron Giant? It's older but also excellent.
I appreciate the Friday Fixations and wanted to belatedly thank you for recommending Reservation Dogs. That became one of my favorite series.
Yes, yes on The Wild Robot! I loved it and my daughter is all grown so she wasn’t my excuse for watching it. The book it is based on is also amazing.
Just finished binging the Pitt and completely agree how accurate it is and totally consuming. I am a retired nurse and I love this show!!!
“Rests in high places” that’s the part that got me 😂🙃 it’s good to have sturdy furniture!
The Pitt is on my list. I loved ER.
I loved all the medical shows. St. Elsewhere, both ERs Grey’s Anatomy, General Hospital 😜
The pit I really loved!
OMG that beautiful dog! This made me laugh so hard because my daughter’s dog (also a pitty) does many of these things without a cat idol!
Liked Wild Robot but loved Flow, and I don’t usually watch animated films.
