Thank you so much for sharing your experience and showing us a way out of anxiety's grip. I realized as I was reading that I don't share my anxiety with my close friends, but that is exactly what I need to try in order to manage it. So grateful for all that you bring to us.

Really appreciate you diving this deep into it. It’s not easy to step back and recognize that pattern of paralysis, let alone actively work through it. The way you broke it down into action, support, and structure is exactly what actually helps people move through it instead of staying stuck.

Relate hugely and thank you for this. I often feel discouraged when I "slip back" into feeling overwhelmed (again) by anxiety. It's so hard to remember in the moment that really, we can only change our relationship with it and not try to make sure that THIS TIME it never comes back. Thank you Dan for all that you do here.
