Thank you—this way of operationalising purpose feels very grounding and practical.

Often, the mind tends to pick up a grand, distant idea of purpose—something placed far into the future, which slowly becomes another identity to live up to. But when seen in the right light, purpose can be much simpler, much closer to the present moment.

It can be as simple as letting go of the tension we carry within while doing our work—whether mundane or meaningful in the outer sense. It can be engaging with people not merely to achieve something, but as an opportunity to be more present with oneself.

Perhaps purpose is not always something big to accomplish, but something subtle to live. And in that sense, the inner work itself can be the purpose.

Purpose can be found in the middle of ordinary moments.

When people reconnect to even a small sense of purpose, their health, resilience, and energy starts to follow.
