A month of Get Fit Sanely meditations

In June, every podcast episode will come with a bespoke meditation from Cara Lai

Hey gang–

I’m excited to tell you about some offerings coming up this June, just for paid subscribers.

On the 10% Happier podcast, we’re running another installment of our popular series, “Get Fit Sanely”, all about one of life’s most delicate tensions—how to take care of your body without losing your mind. We’ve got a great lineup: I talk to scientists, journalists, and meditation teachers about topics including gut health, rest, exercise, muscle, and the science behind the old cliché about listening to your body.

But this time we’re doing something new, and it’s something I’ve wanted to do for a long time: each episode will come with a related guided meditation, designed to help you get the learning from the pod into your molecules.

Starting June 2nd, we’ll drop eight bespoke meditations each Monday and Wednesday from one of my favorite dharma teachers, the deeply wise and ridiculously funny Cara Lai. Finally—another new thing I’m excited about: on Fridays in June, we’ll be hearing from some paid subscribers about how their perspective on fitness (broadly understood) has been impacted by previous Get Fit Sanely episodes.
