Still finding substack a little difficult to navigate. Did I miss the live meditation today. I didn't get a notification and can't find the recording. Loving the content when I can access it.

I've wanted to be part of your 10% happier community ever since I saw you on Nicole Wallace's MSNBC show and then read your book. (I already had the book in my library just hadn't read it!) Now that I have finally connected with you, my life is definitely 5% happier, which is huge and I feel certain that the June program will get me to 10%. You're doing wonderful things and I thank you so much!

Same, I’m having trouble navigating the new format. I was able to listen to about 75 percent of Dr Wolf’s talk before it just went to adds. I have always enjoyed listening.

I’m so darn grateful for this series! This country is so damn toxic for anyone who has a body! I was in LA for literally 27 hours and it was a shit show in terms of that superficial vanity grossness. The bathroom in the hotel was all mirrors, and the gym - even worse. As a nonbinary queer almost 60 year old- I’ve had enough of the f’ed up messages. So thank you!! This will be a balm and a helpful kick ass resource! And Cara Lai- yes please- unit and heart and wisdom! 🙏🏻

Looking forward to this and a little worried it will add to my (our) inner critic of not eating healthy enough, exercising enough, etc., even though I have been doing it for over 5 decades (I’m 65). The experts on your upcoming series all sound fantastic and hard to relate to (marathons, swimmers, authors, all highly driven and not your average mortal). Intuitive eating works great for those of us who are healthy overall and have some self-awareness. I am a counselor and work with patients with the very misunderstood chronic medical condition of obesity. It’s not all about calories in, calories out. Many need hip or knee replacements and need to “exercise’ best they can and listening to their body is a challenging task. Then there’s insulin resistance and a slew of dysregulated hormones that prevent many from knowing what their body is telling them. I wish I was speaking for a small population in our country. The statistics are staggering. I have used the information in many of the podcasts you have offered in the past and I am very grateful for that. But I wonder if we are focusing on those individuals that are healthy but, like me, suffer from the images and messages we get from society and our culture. I hope this series helps normalize the struggle and moves us more towards acceptance of our bodies, while showing us the way to a healthier path that is sustainable and attainable to all ages, body types and shapes.

Looking forward to more guided meditations.

I’ve allowed my subscription to lapse at your old website, and that’s the only thing I was still using there.. so hurrah!

Help! Frustration! I’m a paid subscriber and cannot seem to regularly listen to podcasts without commercials. Today I connected via today’s email with this paragraph, “ The podcasts and meditations will show up automatically in your ad-free feed. If you haven’t set up the feed in your podcast player of choice (Apple, Spotify, etc), you can go here to find out how to do it.” I was happy to see a list of podcasts and selected to listen again to Matthew Hepburn’s talk on work. And after Dan’s intro were two commercials, diapers and therapy, ugh. On the top of the page I’m on is a link to “Give gift” so I’d think that it recognizes me as a paid subscriber. I wish I could figure this out.
