Can you repost how to navigate Substack? 10% happier is no longer listing your podcasts. I really like listening to your podcasts -and would go to the 10% happier app and click on podcasts and they would all be there. Easy to see and click on. Now on Substack I feel like it’s too many steps and your stuff is intermixed with “recommended “. Thanks!

Hi Cathy! The easiest way to see all the podcasts on your phone is to connect it to your pod player of choice (Apple, Spotify, Pocket Casts). If you click the button above "set up ad-free podcast" that will show you how to do it, and you will automatically get all the new episodes as they air.

You also can go to the "podcast" tab on the homepage here, but unfortunately that is only possible via browser/desktop, not the Substack app.

Hi Cathy, here is the video I made when we started the Substack! https://www.danharris.com/p/open-this-if-youre-finding-substack?utm_source=publication-search

I noticed straight away when the podcasts disappeared from the app. It felt to me that the new format might be more appealing to those with a shorter attention span, but it is not what I appreciated about the app originally.

I am also going through a tough letting go process and I look forward to the new form your podcast will take.

It’s very interesting how much of the value in the app for me came from the podcast. Thank you for continuing.

Me too — the podcast was honestly my reason for subscribing

Same here. Not only are Dan’s powerfully enlightening podcasts gone which were a big plus for me, the new format just doesn’t cut it for me. It’s a shame Dan’s vision and intuition didn’t get recognized.

I unsubscribed when the new format came out. I really enjoyed the longer podcast elements and it seemed to me that they’ve removed that aspect entirely. I do understand that there may be a lot of people who have short attention spans at the moment but I prefe the deep diving. Glad to have this new space.

Agreed, this transition has been less than ideal. The Happier app was much easier to navigate. I feel like I get lost/overwhelmed every time I'm in the Dan Harris browser. And the substack app isn't great.....

Was able to set up ad free on Spotify through the email link that you sent out. I was pleasantly surprised that it worked out it worked so easily. Thank you as I was missing the podcast for that week and am thankful to all the work you and your team are doing. Really enjoyed as before your BTS conversation with DJ and look forward to that and the AMAs. I was so admiring of your system of time off and sick policy. wow y'all are leading through example and owning your stuff is brave and humbling. Appreciate it.

I've been waiting for this since you foreshadowed a March change for the podcast some time ago. Hurray! Love that it's still available free with ads, and love being a paid insider. =)

I find it very hard to navigate substack podcast. I keep clicking things and I never get to it

This is great news! I have a question though. In Happier, I could search all of the podcasts that I had designated as a “favorite”. Is there a way to do that on this platform? I hope so :)

Thank Buddha, too embarrassed to admit Substack had beaten me down. THEN, I was not alone! Thanks to all who shared their struggle to manage Substack.

Even with instructions I will ask for help, at 83 I am forced to learn a foreign language. Ain’t life a trip?

I just bought the subscription to Dan Harris so that I could listen to his excellent Interviews ad free and get accept to his library of interviews. I'm not very tech savvy, haven't used Substack, previously, and now I'm inundated with content but can't find what I want. Please help! Also, I signed up on my laptop but want to use my phone, mainly. How do I switch? Thanks!

Very happy about this. I was a bit freaked out when I heard ads on the Amazon Prime music app tonight and then quite relieved / excited to see this as a benefit of paid subscribers. I’d much rather you get rewarded without Amazon taking their chunk (however that worked). I listen in Overcast, and now I don’t have to mess with Amazon music when listening…this fits my routines much better. Thanks Dan and team!

Dan, I appreciate your podcast so much, and I am really glad that we're back to a simple connection between your Substack presence and the podcast. RE: The rerun of your conversation with Carole and David, my "yes and" would be to address that many of us need to improve communication with people who have more positional power than we do. To address that sort of thing directly in every episode (which you have done periodically) would be great. I understand that your core demographic is likely people *with* positional power/influence/means, but perhaps all the more reason to share that additional dimension? Thank you very much for the work you do.

The Overcast link is not working for me. It did launch the app when I clicked the link two different times but nothing happened once it opened and the podcast still has ads. I’m a paid subscriber. Thanks

In that same vein I could not get the free podcasts from the link when trying to add it to apple pods on my iPad. I finally tried using the link on my phone and it did transfer to the iPad that way.
