RE: The rerun of your conversation with Carole and David, my "yes and" would be to address that many of us need to improve communication with people who have more positional power than we do. To address that sort of thing directly in every episode (which you have done periodically) would be great. I understand that your core demographic is likely people *with* positional power/influence/means, but perhaps all the more reason to share that additional dimension?
