I thank you so much for the opportunity to be part of this community. I woke up to no water today just before we are to get a huge snow storm so I definately need this right now; grounding, breathing.....

I agree its all in 'THE BREATH' has I breathe in, I capture the intrusive anxious thought with my inhale, and surround the thought with my breath, and on the Exhale 'I LET GO' of the intrusive anxious thought out of my mouth. 'AND AWAY'. If YOU, or anyone you know, are suffering with any ‘ANXIETY STATE’ this is also called ‘BAD NERVES’ in some communities. Which can be a number of issues including anything from; General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Panic Attack Disorder (PAD) Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) or Ventricular Ectopic Beats (VEBs) which is also known as ‘Missed Heat Beats’ or (Irregular Heartbeat) then you might be interested in my weekly posts on SUBSTACK.
